These Terms govern your use of this website and the products offered by The Smarter Strategy (“Smarter Strategy,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

What we offer

The Client Silence Kill Switch Kit: a free downloadable resource.
The Follow-Up Backbone: a $7 one-time digital playbook (not software, AI, or automation).
The Smarter Strategy membership: a $27/month subscription providing access to a guided AI tool suite delivered through Skool. Running the tools requires a free ChatGPT account.

Payments and billing

Purchases are processed by our checkout and payment providers. The membership is billed monthly at the rate shown at the time you join and continues until cancelled.

Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds on the $7 Follow-Up Backbone or on the membership. You can cancel the membership at any time to stop future billing.

Cancellation

You can cancel the membership at any time and you will not be billed again. If you cancel and rejoin later, you will pay whatever price is available at that time.

Acceptable use

Products are licensed for your own business use. Please don’t resell, redistribute, or share your paid access.

No guarantees

Our tools, templates, and drafts are provided to help you work faster. Results depend on how you use them. We do not guarantee any client reply, income, or specific business outcome.
